We are not limited to Long Island, NY, as our practice extends throughout the Tri-State area and beyond.

The firm’s areas of expertise include but are not limited to personal and business bankruptcy (Chapters 7, 11 & 13) and foreclosure defense, varied aspects of matrimonial, estate administration, property ownership, other advocacy, and appeals.

In the same way, this may take the form of avoiding bankruptcy by defeating a creditor’s claim or resolving overwhelming debt through bankruptcy with a strategy for a fresh start.
