He is an advocate for taking an early, active defense against legal actions that have been taken against his clients. Peter seeks to have a positive impact on the lives of the clients who walk through the door of the firm by protecting the rights of those struggling with financial issues.

Peter primarily handles bankruptcy, foreclosure, and commercial litigation from inception through resolution. Fuchsberg Law Center, earning his Juris Doctorate in 2004.
